FLINTA+ in der Li­ve­Kul­tur

The panel will offer insights into the experiences and perspectives of FLINTA+ (women, lesbians, inter*, non-binary, trans* and agender people) in live culture. We want to discuss together the challenges and successes of these individuals and highlight the importance of mentoring programs in promoting and supporting FLINTA+ individuals behind the scenes of festival and concert productions.
