Lea Karwoth is an event and project manager with a Master's degree in Arts and Cultural Management. She has already organized events such as Theaternacht Hamburg and the Hamburg Theater Award for the city's approximately 40 theaters. For the past five years, Lea Karwoth has been working for the Reeperbahn Festival in Hamburg, ensuring that the music industry becomes more diverse and sounds better through the Keychange initiative. As a former presenter at ByteFM, Lea Karwoth is knowledgeable not only about large events but also about good music. Additionally, she has been selected for the FLINTA+ mentoring program of the Bundesstiftung Livekultur.
