Pamela has been a club organiser in Berlin for over 25 years. Together with her partner Lars, she ran Club Icon in Prenzlauer Berg for 15 years. Ousted from there by gentrification, the two have now been running the Kreuzberg (live) club Gretchen since 2011.
Pamela is a political spokeswoman on the executive board of the federal association for music venues LiveKomm, on the supervisory board of Initiative Musik and a member of the IHK general assembly.
From 2019 to 2022, she was Chairwoman of the Clubcommission Berlin.
She is a trained banker, has a degree in communication, political science and film studies and worked for a long time as a project manager in media development cooperation - mainly in Africa - alongside her club life.
