What you measure, you will manage: in line with this motto, selected music venues from the Reeperbahn Festival have set out to draw up their first carbon footprints in accordance with the KBK&KBK+ culture standard. In the keynote speech, Nele Hofhauser from Docks/Prinzenbar and Sinah Jones from Gruenspan will report on their experiences from the pilot project as participants, and Melinda Weidenmüller from Thema1/Aktionsnetzwerk Nachhaltigkeit will present the results as project manager.

The following took part in the carbon footprinting process: Festival Village from the Reeperbahn Festival, Gruenspan, Häkken, Knust, Prinzenbar and Stage Operettenhaus.

The project was commissioned by RBX GmbH and funded by the Federal Government Commissioner for Culture and the Media.
