Abuse of power in the music industry is happening - #musicmetoo has shown shocking examples of this over the last 1.5 years. It's in meetings, between the lines in emails, it's backstage, on stage and in the club itself. Media coverage is loud, frightening and divisive. In this panel, we want to explore ways to actively deal with the abuse of power within our industry. We will look at the spaces in which it takes place and discuss measures and potential solutions. Because what we are calling for is structural change.
