The international quartet with members from the UK, Hong Kong, Israel, and Germany have only just released two EPs, “Dead Ringer” (2022) and “Puppet” (2023), but they already sound as solid as a band with a clear musical vision. And that vision is both to create precisely played yet fun melodies that make you want to sing along and to foster an overall sound design that stands out from the crowd. And these guys – who now play in Hamburg – manage both with flying colours, drawing inspiration from IDLEs, Turnstile, and Queens Of The Stone Age, among others. When they play in their hometown in September, fans of catchy rock music will be able to look forward to some serious rock. It’s time to freak out.
