Theresa Henze
Theresa Henze has been working in the music and entertainment industry since 2016.
After initial positions in product management at Universal Music in the rock/alternative sector and an indie label (metal), she moved to the music market and consumer research department at Sony Music Entertainment in 2020.
In this position, she took a closer look at the German music market and, in close cooperation with GfK and the German Music Industry Association (BVMI), prepared analyses and statistics on, among other things, the development of streaming, genres and the demographics of music consumers, as well as forecasts for the future growth of the market and the development of music consumption.
In January 2023, Theresa returned to the operational label business and has since worked as Senior Product Manager at Century Media Records / InsideOutMusic. There she is responsible for campaigns of well-known artists of the label (e.g. Arch Enemy, Body Count, Lacuna Coil, Dark Tranquillity) as well as the development of newcomer artists.
Theresa has two master's degrees in International Marketing & Management and founded a social start-up in 2020 as a volunteer for the inclusion of older citizens in digital media.
