Pheline Roggan
Pheline Roggan is an actress from Hamburg, known for her roles in series like "jerks." and films like “Soul Kitchen.” She is an activist and co-founder of changemakers.film, an initiative she launched in 2020 with three colleagues to make the film industry more climate-friendly. They developed a 13-point plan for “Green Filming,” which has now been signed by over 700 filmmakers. Additionally, they co-negotiated the "ecological standards," which have been part of the Film Funding Act since August 2023 and are a mandatory requirement for state-supported TV, cinema, and VoD productions in Germany. Pheline consistently makes strong political statements and supports various civil society initiatives in the fight for climate justice and against right-wing politics.
