After several successful years in the advertising industry, Lisa Gröning quickly found her true passion: Hiphop. Since the foundation in 2021 Lisa Gröning is part of THE AMBITION - Germany's first consultancy for hiphop culture. As Director Culture Consulting, she is in charge and responsible for the consulting team and all clients of THE AMBITION and is the direct interface into hiphop culture.
