Katharina Köhler has been manager of the band DEICHKIND for over 10 years. After working for the booking agency Buback Konzerte for several years, she was responsible for bands like Die Beginner, Jan Delay or DJ Koze. In 2013 she started her own business as an artist manager. After more than 15 years of classic band take-over contracts, the band decided to make a distribution deal with Universal Music in 2014 and founded their own label Sultan Günther Music, which Katharina runs as label and product manager. Under this very label the Deichkind albums "Niveau Weshalb Warum" (2015), number 1 in the German charts, and the current album "Wer Sagt Denn Das? (2019) were released. In 2021 she founded female force mgmt together with Saskia Trautwein, with the aim of reshaping the music business.
