Political and incisive: Jean-Philippe Kindler is a satirist and stand-up comedian. His non-fiction book, “Scheiss auf Selflove, gib mir Klassenkampf” [Screw Self-Love, Give Me Class Struggle] soon became a bestseller in Der Spiegel, the German current affairs magazine. He tours Germany with his (class-)critical stage performances, on top of winning all kinds of awards such as the Prix Pantheon and the German Cabaret Prize. He can also be heard regularly on the podcasts “Nymphe und Söhne” and “Hi Freaks”.
