USA + Latin America: Friday 20 September, 12:15 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. (open to all)
Korea (KOCCA): Friday 20 September, 9:45 a.m. - noon (open to all)
Taiwan (TAICCA): Thursday 19 September, 9:45 a.m - noon (open to all)
All Matchmakings take place at Wiener Bistro Networking Area of Arcotel Onyx, Reeperbahn 1, 20359 Hamburg.
Slots are limited. Confirmations will be sent to the most suitable applicants in 2nd week of September.
Meet the ...
At our newly conceived "Meet the ..." sessions, we offer our delegates the opportunity to get to know potential new business partners in specially curated 1-on-1 meetings. We present a first-class selection of music professionals from the three areas of live, label/distribution/publishing and sync.
Would you like to take part in one of these sessions? Then register as a delegate and apply for your chosen session. Applications are possible until 3 September.
„Meet the European festivals“
Thursday, 19 Sept I 3:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
The session is curated in cooperation with Yourope (European Festival Association). As one of the relevant players in the European live music industry, Yourope represents the interests of European festival organisers and is sending a selection of its members to this session. In order to make the live session just as interesting, we would like to call on conference participants from the fields of music tech, digitalisation, branding and sustainability in particular to apply for the session
„Meet Germany’s labels, distributors and publishers“
Thursday, 19 Sept I 5:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.
The session is curated in collaboration with the VUT (Association of Independent Musicians and Music Companies), who are sending a selection of music professionals from labels, distribution and publishing companies based in Germany to the session. Representatives from various German major labels will also be taking part. In order to make the live session just as interesting, we would especially like to invite conference participants from the fields of MGMT, music tech, digitalisation, solution-oriented companies to apply for the session
"Meet The Music Supervisors"
Friday 20 Sept I 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
The ever-changing landscape of music supervision has become a cornerstone of today's music industry. The integration of music into trailers, games, TV series, films and adverts is creating remarkable revenue streams. Reeperbahn Festival recognises this central role and is pleased to present the initiative ‘Meet The Music Supervisors - One and One Speed Meeting Session’.
The festival promotes innovation and supports artists on their way to new heights and is an excellent platform for the convergence of the independent industry. The ‘Meet The Music Supervisors’ event is an example of this commitment by creating an extraordinary space where music and visual storytelling seamlessly merge, creating an era of artistic and financial synergy.
Artists, composers and musicians will have the unique opportunity to showcase their talents in front of a panel of music supervisors and industry experts.

Mentoring Sessions
Mentoring Sessions will go into its 2nd round in 2024!
In addition to the extensive programme of panels, talks, interviews and workshops as well as numerous networking events, delegates will have the opportunity to delve even deeper into specific topics.
In the Reeperbahn Festival's Mentoring Sessions, one expert in a topic area meets up to five delegates. In a session, the participants can ask all their questions, get to know the expert and other delegates and exchange experiences and knowledge.
Applications open: 29 August.
