Your Reeperbahn Festival Team
Where can I exchange my ticket for a wristband?
Tickets can be exchanged at the Ticket Desk in the Festival Village (Heiligengeistfeld). You will need your festival ticket or the conference ticket as well as your photo ID (identity card). We will put the wristband on you personally and it cannot be taken along for other people. Be sure to plan enough time for your visit to the ticket desk so that you can start the festival in peace. We will inform you regularly about current waiting times via the festival app.
Ticket Desk opening hours:
Wednesday - Saturday: 9am - 11pm
Where can I get my seat ticket for the concert in the Elbphilharmonie?
The digital voucher for your chosen concert in the Elbphilharmonie, which you received in advance by email, must first be exchanged for a hard ticket for the Elbphilharmonie at the ticket desk in Heiligengeistfeld. This does not include a seat allocation, so you can choose your seat directly in the Elbphilharmonie when you enter the main auditorium. Seating is free, so it pays to arrive early for good seats.
Please note: Without the hard ticket and a valid Reeperbahn Festival wristband, no admission to the concerts in the Elbphilharmonie can be granted.
Are tickets still available for the Reeperbahn Festival 2024?
Day and multi-day tickets for the festival and conference are available before and during the festival in our online shop (subject to availability).
We will inform you about remaining contingents in the Elbphilharmonie (only for wristband holders) at short notice on the respective festival day via push messages in the festival app. You can then collect your tickets from the ticket desk at Heiligengeistfeld up to two hours before the concert.

You can leave your bags there for a fee of 2-3 € / day. For logistical reasons, there will be no cloakroom in most venues, so no or small luggage is an advantage.

Please observe the ban on glass bottles on the Reeperbahn:
Friday evening, 22:00 to Saturday morning 06:00

Is the Reeperbahn Festival barrier-free?
Due to the large number of our venues, we have to assess the accessibility of the Reeperbahn Festival individually. You can find an overview of accessible venues in our FAQ. You will find barrier-free sanitary facilities in the Festival Village on Heiligengeistfeld. There are also accessible toilets at Bahnhof Pauli, Mojo Club, Resonanzraum, the Elbphilharmonie and St Michael's Church. There will be a barrier-free counter at the ticket desk. We also have a mobile ramp available for you, which you can obtain from the Info Desk if required. If you have any problems or questions on site, the staff at the Info Desks in the Festival Village on Heiligengeistfeld and on Spielbudenplatz as well as in the clubs will be happy to help you at any time.
You can find more information about your festival visit in the FAQ on our website!
