The conference ticket for the Reeperbahn Festival 2025 includes the following services*:

• Access to the Conference Program (Sessions, Networking, Awards)
• Access to the public program (Concerts, Showcases, Art, Film and Literature program, etc., depending on the capacity of the locations)
• Access to the Reeperbahn Festival Lounge with Delegates Bar
• Access to password-protected Delegates Database

Early Bird (until 31.01.): 199 EUR net
Pioneer Pass (up to and including 29 years, from 01.02.): 219 EUR net
Spring Rate (01.02.-31.05.): 269 EUR net
Summer Rate (01.06.-31.07.): 339 EUR net
Regular Rate (from 01.08.): 419 EUR net

Conference Only Spring Rate (01.02.-31.05.): 189 EUR net
Conference Only Summer Rate (01.06.-31.07.): 239 EUR net

Conference Only Pioneer Pass: 79 EUR net

The Conference Only Pioneer Pass (up to and including 29 years) includes access to Reeperbahn Festival Conference programmes only. Your Ticket does not include access to the Festival programmes (e.g. concert).

The owner of the ticket has to be under or at the age of 29 until 20 September 2025. Age check takes place at check-in.

The Conference Ticket Pioneer Pass (up to and including 29 years) includes access to all Reeperbahn Festival and Conference programmes and the optional reservation of a seat for a concert in the Elbphilharmonie (subject to availability). Ticket purchasers will receive further information on which acts we will be showing there and how to make a reservation in Spring 2025. Please note: The reservation for a concert in the Elbphilharmonie cannot be amended or changed at a later date.

Elbphilharmonie will once again be a venue for Reeperbahn Festival 2025 and will host two concerts on 19 September.

We will publish the artists performing at the Elbphilharmonie on our website in spring 2025. To ensure that as many Reeperbahn Festival ticket holders as possible can attend a concert in the Elbphilharmonie, we are working with a reservation system until the acts are announced. All ticket holders will also receive more detailed information on this in spring 2025.

Note on ticket purchase: Festival tickets are available here. The concerts in the Elbphilharmonie are part of the festival programme and can only be reserved in combination with a festival ticket. Seating in the Elbphilharmonie is limited and the purchase of a festival ticket does not entitle the holder to attend a specific concert in the Elbphilharmonie. Seats in the concert hall are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis without fixed seat allocation.
