Here it comes again: the yearly legal update presented by the International Association of Entertainment Lawyers IAEL. Top entertainment lawyers with easy to understand statements. And these are the topics this year: a lot of legal developments were initiated, but one still doesn’t really seem to know how recent new rules and regulations e.g. on pastiche, remix, samples, AI and Deep Fakes affect the music businesses. Looking at the consequences and developments in different European countries, we are working ourselves through the actual topics using current cases or practical examples and offer an open discussion. The IAEL tries to give the real answers.
