Equipped with the charm of a good-humoured newcomer, Aaron is by no means a blank slate. Under his producer name, Drumla, the singer–songwriter has already helped a number of well-known acts in the German-speaking world achieve success – from Edwin Rosen and Kasi to Ski Aggu and Zartmann. The versatility of his productions is also reflected in the sound he now realises as a solo artist. Tracks such as “streetsmart” and “dudenkstsoschön” show him to be a lyrically intelligent and musically adept songwriter who knows how to imbue the everyday with a kitsch-free poetry that everyone can relate to these days. His first tour at the end of last year was already a complete success for the self-made thoroughbred artist, who is not embarrassed to unabashedly express his own feelings in songs or interviews. And he is also celebrated for his music by his steadily growing audience. Beginning in December, he will be going on another Germany-wide “wogehtdashin?” (“whereisitgoing?”) tour. But first, he will taking a little detour in Hamburg.
