Heiko Hoffmann ist Musikexperte, Redakteur, Dozent, Kurator und Berater. Bevor er bei The Orchard als A&R Director anfing leitete er das Artist Services Team bei der Beatport Group- Er ist Gast-Professor am Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music an der New York University. Er war viele Jahre Chefredakteur des Groove Magazins, einem branchenführenden Magazin für elektronische Musik, und initiierte das Ausstellungs-, Buch- und Compilation-Projekt "No Photos on the Dance Floor! Berlin 1989 - heute". Heiko war Key-Note-Speaker, Moderator und Panelist auf Kongressen und Festivals wie ADE, Sonar, IMS und MIDEM.
