Winson
DE
Winson moved from Frankfurt am Main to Berlin in the 1990s. After working as an angler (Ton-Assi) and a waiter at Ankerklausen, he suddenly became world-famous with hits such as “Wovon Lebt Eigentlich Peter?” and “Liebeskummer Is’ Luxus” (in Berlin, Cologne, and Vienna). In the years that followed, he moved in front of the microphone, interviewing major musicians and bands ranging from Die Ärzte to Emily King and Frank Zander. He is regarded as the inventor of the morning show in the afternoon (FluxFM) and the now-almost-official Berlin greeting ‘Bonjürchen!’
