Pamela Bürger is an seasoned Senior Product Manager with over 15 years of experience in the music industry. She is distinguished by her passion for music, her strong commitment to social justice, and her advocacy for family friendliness.
Her career began with training as a media clerk for audiovisual media, where she early on demonstrated her love for music and her talent for project management. She coordinated a monthly TV music magazine and organized music projects for children and teenagers in a disadvantaged neighborhood.
In addition to her professional activities, Pamela Bürger is also socially engaged. In 2023, she co-founded the parent initiative "Music Family Hub" with Nanja Oedi, which advocates for better work-life balance. Through their commitment, they promote a culture and work environment of family friendliness and equal opportunities for all. Coming from the music industry, they are particularly passionate about musical and cultural education for children and adults. Since then, they have implemented several concepts for parents, families, and children in organizations and companies that can be easily integrated into the daily work routine of families.
Since 2024, they have been running the community, creative, and co-working space "Better Space" in Friedrichshain, Berlin.
