Nanja Oedi lives her passion for music in many ways: as a musicologist, marketing director, and co-founder of Music Family Hub. Born in Berlin with roots in Myanmar and Taiwan she has been working internationally in the music industry for over 15 years and now heads a creative team.
As a mother of a daughter, she founded the parent initiative and start-up Music Family Hub with her partner Pamela Bürger.
Her goal: Making organizations more open to parents, creating family-friendliness and equal opportunities, and thus securing skilled workers.
With innovative solutions, Music Family Hub offers its partners creative childcare, workshops, networking events for parents, and more. Coming from a background in music, they are particularly passionate about promoting cultural education for both children and adults.
Since 2024, Nanja and Pam have also been running the Better Space, a community, creative, and co-working space for families in Berlin Friedrichshain.
In addition to her professional activities, Nanja is also committed to social issues, including serving as Chairwoman for the NGO "Burma projekt e.V. Berlin.“
