Meike Nolte
Meike is a club music veteran. While completing a Master’s Thesis, Meike kick-started her career as an intern in the promotion department at the electronic music label WMF Records. She subsequently went on to oversee the promotion and marketing department at seminal techno labels M-nus and Plus 8, where she worked closely with Richie Hawtin. Her successes led to her next role as Head of International Promotion and Marketing at Ellen Allien's BPitch Control, where she orchestrated effective campaigns for renowned artists such as Allien, Paul Kalkbrenner, Modeselektor, Moderat, and Dillon. In 2012, Meike moved on to the streaming service WiMP/Tidal, becoming responsible for the German office as Country Manager the following year.In 2016, she joined Beatport as a label manager, where she quickly ascended to lead the Artist Services department from the company's Berlin office. At Beatport, she worked with top-tier artists like Carl Craig, Vintage Culture, Carl Cox, Charlotte de Witte, Maya Jane Coles, Honey Dijon, David Guetta, TSHA, Tiësto, RÜFÜS DU SOL, Fisher, SOFI TUKKER, Maceo Plex, Nicole Moudaber, and many more as the main point of contact for artist managers, bookers, press managers, and other external partners crafting and executing innovative concepts for content marketing and social media campaigns.
Recently Meike was the Global Business Development Manager for b:electronic, Believe’s global label & artist solutions division for electronic music. There she was responsible for spearheading the sourcing and acquisitions strategy for labels and artists within the electronic division.
