Maxime began his career in the music sector by working for two musictech startups, Vinyl it and Soundcharts. He then joined an association named Irma as innovation and ecological transition manager in music. In November 2020, Irma merged with other structures within the Centre national de la musique, a public institution designed to serve as the common home for the French music industry. A public institution within which he was able to pursue his missions and enhance his expertise.
