Mauricio Lizarazo Prada
Mauricio Lizarazo Prada is the founder of Pachamama Culture (PC), a sustainability-oriented, international project with social responsibility that focuses on tour management, live music and production. He has managed and produced concert tours for Ohrbooten, Lola Marsh, Barbarella, Acollective, Attaque77, among others. As an intercultural music producer & activist, he's dedicated to initiatives with social and ecological responsibility. Mauricio has a degree in Business Administration & Master of Arts in Music Business from New York University. After graduation, he initially worked for the BASF group as a marketing product manager before founding the music agency PC. In addition, Mauricio is co-founder of the 'Salon de Baile', for which he took over the programming, curation and organisation of the Latin alternative floor at the Fusion Festival and later on he became part of the festival's production / artist care team. Since then he has continuously toured and produced live shows for several bands internationally, focusing on sustainability & social responsibility. Mauricio is currently developing a sustainability platform in live-music business called Music C•A•R•E•S, dedicated to promoting culture, independent artists and solidarity initiatives under fair and sustainable conditions. Music C•A•R•E•S was awarded the German Award for Sustainability Projects 2022 and is one of the winners in the “Online Platform - Consulting” category.Mauricio is co-founder and speaker of the Sustainability Working Group (ak:n) of the Berlin Music Commission (BMC).
