Maria Popov is a journalist and presenter. For the funk format “Auf Klo,” the content network of ARD and ZDF, she led the editorial team and hosted the talk show. Additionally, she produces documentaries like the 3sat series "Futur Wir" and formats like "Das Letzte Gespräch." In the DPA news podcast “Stand der Dinge,” she presented relevant topics from politics and pop culture for Podimo. When not on camera, she moderates stages at events like TinCon or re:publica. In the fall of 2024, she will make her acting debut in the multi-part ARD series “Made in Germany,” which follows the lives of six friends from different ethnic backgrounds on their way to adulthood in Berlin.
