For over 13 years she has been involved in all kinds of music related projects. Starting on the music business side, in the Synch & A&R department at Sony/ATV Music Publishing, BMG Rights Management and Imagem Music, she switched to the agency side at the Berlin-based Styleheads Agency for Lifestyle Communication in the Music & Brand Events Department.
She studied music business with a focus on artist development at the Popakademie Baden-Württemberg and also gained some experience as a singer-songwriter at the same time.
After pursuing various music projects such as creating a music concept for the Millerntor Gallery with Viva con Agua, she returned to the agency world in 2016, first as a project manager, later as a Music Consultant and now Music and Business Director at White Horse Music.
In addition to the realization of projects in the field of original music and artist cooperations, as well as consulting and project management for productions, her responsibilities include rights management, the coordination of the team and client communication. In this role, she is also a frequent speaker at a wide variety of panels. Lisa’s main clients she’s working for are (among others) Vodafone, BMW, EDEKA and Bosch.
