Lara Ermer

DE

Lara Ermer is charming, cheeky, and outrageous in the very best sense. Her humorous approach to supposed taboos is well received, and she also makes complex topics sharply accessible. With her mixture of pacing, attitude, and selective spiciness, Lara Ermer manages the difficult balancing act of drawing attention to important issues while always remaining entertaining. And she does it all without pointing fingers, but with watertight research. In that way, she not only serves as an echo chamber for her own bubble, but also manages to appeal to a broad audience with her contemporary topics. In 2018, Lara Ermer was awarded the City of Fürth’s Cultural Promotion Prize for her work. Three years later, she published her first book, “Ein offenes Buch – von idealen Körpern, perfektem Sex und anderen Mythen” (“An open book – About ideal bodies, perfect sex, and other myths”), and won the Cabaret Club Championship at Bayerischer Rundfunk. Since then, she has been a regular guest on TV and radio programmes.
