Kristin has lived in Berlin for over a decade, where she successfully completed her studies in social work. After her academic training, she gained valuable experience in various areas, including social work in schools and adult education, before moving into human resources consulting. Over the past five years, she has dedicated herself intensively to Awareness work and worked all over Germany in Awareness teams as well as in a managerial position. Since January 2023, she has been a member of Act Aware e.V., where she contributes her expertise as a workshop lecturer, human resources manager and Awareness lead to promote awareness and sensitivity to social issues.
