Kristian Costa-Zahn has been Programme Managing Director and Head of Content at ARD Kultur since February 2022. In this role, he is responsible for numerous streaming formats and projects for the ARD Mediathek and ARD Audiothek. Previously, he was Creative Director at Banijay LAB and Brainpool Live Artist & Brand and Director Creation & Innovation at Endemol Shine Beyond. He worked at UFA for over eleven years as Head of Creation UFA LAB and Producer. He has been developing and producing digital film projects for broadcasters, brands and platforms since 2001. His streaming, online video, cross-media and virtual reality projects have won numerous awards, including several at the New York Festivals, 3 Rockies at the Banff World Media Festival and an International Emmy.
