Katrin is a qualified translator/interpreter and has a degree in International Business. In addition to her many years of touring experience as a tour manager, she worked for many years in booking and production at an international music agency with bands such as Propagandhi, The Baboon Show or Descendents. Since 2022, together with her co-founder Sarah, Katrin develops strategies and concepts for players in the (live) music industry as a sustainability manager under the umbrella of The Changency and supports them in their implementation. The Changency has worked with Puls Open Air, Seeed, Die Toten Hosen, Die Ärzte and AnnenMayKantereit or the German national promoters’ association.
