Julia Gause (she/her), based in Hanover, is a festival organizer since 2017 at Fuchsbau Festival, since 2022 as the festival’s coordinator.She is passionate about (ecological) sustainability, organizational development and gender equality. In this context, she founded the gender-critical platform collective spotlight with three other festival organizers at the end of 2023. Julia has been working at Höme - Für Festivals since 2023 & works daily to make the festival landscape more faire and innovative.
