Johannes Teller (he/him) has been co-organizer of the SNNTG festival in the Hanover region since 2017 and has been active on the board of KlubNetz e.V., the association of Lower Saxony's concert culture professionals, as “festivalspeaker” since 2021. Stirred up by the loud and space-taking male voices in discourses and the confrontation with his own socialization, he has initiated several workshops on "Critical Masculinities" since 2022. At the end of 2023, he joined forces with three other festival organizers to found the gender-critical platform collective spotlight. Their aim is to question and change spaces of male dominance in the cultural sector.
