Inga Esseling first encountered the music industry in a professional context while organising a university festival in Münster during her business degree. In 2011, she became an assistant promoter at concert organiser FKP Scorpio. After a brief spell in the Netherlands working on the first Best Kept Secret Festival, she returned to the FKP Scorpio Hamburg office as a promoter. Since 2018, she has been overseeing the main booking team under Managing Director and founder Folkert Koopmans, and is responsible for major tours by international artists such as Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran and the Foo Fighters. Since January 2024, she has co-headed the company’s 30-person tour department, tasked with driving strategic direction both internally and externally.
Inga also focuses on establishing and continuously developing new acts, particularly artists such as Holly Humberstone and Dylan & Chappell Roan. She is also an unpaid managing director of Viva Con Agua Beteiligungs KG, which supports water and social projects worldwide.
