Gorm Arildsen is CEO at the Danish collective management organization Koda which is among the best performing in the world. Koda continuously works to address structural problems in the music industry, including challenges to social and environmental sustainability. Through partnerships, Koda works to strengthen mental health and wellbeing in the industry as one key challenge to social sustainability across music both locally and globally.
