Codruța Vulcu is the Director and Founder of the ARTmania Festival, one of Romania's most established events, now in its 18th edition, primarily promoting rock and metal acts. In 2017, Codruța and her team initiated the East European Music Conference and Showcase Festival to foster healthy discussions between the Romanian music private sector, international experts, and state authorities.

Additionally, Codruța serves as the President of AROC (the Romanian Association of Promoters of Concerts and Cultural Events) and was the Director of Large-Scale Events for Timișoara - European Capital of Culture 2023. With a career spanning over twenty years in the artistic sector, she has a rich portfolio of events, including the logistical and operational organization of the official ceremonies held in 2019 by His Holiness Pope Francis at the Field of Liberty in Blaj, Romania.

In recognition of her achievements, Codruța received "The Award for Excellence and Passion" at the European Festival Awards (EFA) in 2020, and in 2019, she was awarded the trophy for "Best Small Festival" for the ARTmania Festival.
