Until ringtone-advertising killed music-TV, Jan Hendrik Becker worked as a presenter on VIVAPlus, fusing pop and politics. He then briefly dreamt about a career in serious journalism, presenting shows for German broadcaster NDR. Eventually his side-gig of writing for comedy- and satire shows took over - and he ended up as show runner and executive producer of the weekly satire show „ABENDSHOW“ for Berlin-based broadcaster rbb. Jan is passionate about not talking like you are on camera when you are on camera - and has been training potential young presenters within the framework of Germanys public broadcast academy.
