Ivana Dragila holds an M.A. in Musicology and German Language and Literature, alongside a B.A. in Popular Music and Media. She began her career as an editor at musikmarkt, a leading music business magazine, where she quickly advanced to become the head of the live entertainment department, successfully leading her team for over five years.
In 2016, Ivana joined event infrastructure service provider eps as an online marketer. Her expertise and leadership skills soon propelled her to the position of Head of Marketing. In this capacity, Ivana was instrumental in developing and executing the global marketing strategy for the eps group, significantly enhancing the company's international visibility and brand impact.
In 2024, Ivana founded brainy concepts, a digital creative studio that specializes in merging innovative marketing strategies with impactful branding for the music and creative industries. Through brainy concepts, Ivana works closely with clients to amplify their brand identity and achieve their business goals by crafting tailored, cutting-edge marketing solutions.
In addition to her work with brainy concepts, Ivana remains active in the media industry as a freelance journalist and moderator. She is also a lecturer and deputy manager at the Detmold Young Students' Institute of the Detmold Academy of Music, where she provides aspiring musicians with critical insights into the professional music industry.
