The Talent Leadership Programme is a six-month training initiative designed for women and gender-diverse individuals who want to drive transformative change. 

Developed with insights from Keychange alumni, partners, and experts, the programme equips participants with skills to design and lead impactful projects that promote diversity, equity, inclusivity, and accessibility. It combines practical leadership training with tools for innovation, entrepreneurship, and social change. 

The programme starts at Tallinn Music Week in April 2025, continues online, and concludes at the Reeperbahn Festival in September 2025. By joining, you'll connect with a global network of forward-thinking creators and gain the expertise to make meaningful contributions to your local and national music communities.

Candidates will be evaluated based on their experience, vision for change, and potential impact on the music ecosystem. Shortlisted participants will be contacted for interviews in February, with decisions announced in March 2025.
