Shari Who has been a solid force in the German music industry for over ten years. Her diverse career has taken her from major labels in streaming marketing to consulting for big brands, as well as working as a music strategist in ad agencies. She’s also frequently invited as a speaker to talk about anti-discrimination in the music industry. With her broad experience, she’s familiar with all aspects of the industry and has developed a deep understanding of the business.

For the past two years, however, Shari has been fully focused on her own artistic work and has made a significant impact as a DJ and artist under the name Shari Who. Alongside two other artists, she co-founded Hayat.Sounds, a platform that creates safer spaces for the diaspora through music and events. Hayat.Sounds aims to amplify marginalized voices and provide the community with a protected space to express themselves and connect.
