Originally from East London, Aysha works in the cultural world and is based between London and Berlin. Aysha currently works in the film and music industries and on various contracts and projects in different capacities - from writing assignments and copy editing, to working on communications, developing inclusive recruitment strategies and implementing DEI in the workplace. With a lived experience and consciousness of diversity and inclusion at the core of whatever she does, Aysha's work with Keychange and all other work has naturally aligned with this, alongside her love for the arts. As Keychange Coordinator, Aysha works on expanding the Keychange pledge, whilst continuing to develop and implement external communications.
