Although Freddie and his live band only got to know each other in the winter semester of 2022/23 during their studies, the human and musical chemistry was so good right from the start that they started touring together with the project Zealu. The focus is on lead person Freddie and together Zealu create songs such as the wonderfully euphoric ‘Planeten’ or the heartbreaking ‘Dann flieg ich los’ at a summer garden session, which instantly win over a loyal audience. This is hardly surprising, as Zealu's delicate indie pop is as approachable and intimate as a trusting conversation with a loved one who hasn't spoken to you for years and is now pouring out their heart to you. In September, we can see for ourselves that Zealu can also convey this vibe live.
