Crumbling relationships have always been the subject of outstanding songs – and that hasn’t changed to this day. So Soon hit the German indie scene with a splash two years ago with their debut single, “You Don’t Understand” (2022). Almost cinematic and full of successful pathos, the song rises from a relaxed, grooving indie pop number to a grand finale of exploding emotions. If you listen with just one ear, you can hardly help but get the impression that this is a band with years of experience rather than a duo just starting out on their own artistic path. But that’s exactly how it is. With a lot of patience and attention to detail, So Soon have been working on new song material ever since and will be presenting it live in Germany for the first time in September. Thankfully, the wait with be over very soon.
