The motifs relied on by the Good Gurls Gang use colour and a strong bold style to break taboos. The female artist collective from Hamburg and Berlin was founded in summer 2020, and has constantly enriched the art scene ever since with its images, which range from delicate to tough, often bold and always packed with detail. Plus they always have a message: they call for ‘Period Power’ or write ‘Create better together’ on the walls the girls design. There’s no skimping on creativity or colour, either. As well as feminist content, their love of animals and snacks also finds its way into their colourful compositions. We love it!
